Engine appearance: Check whether the engine has oil stains, loose parts or damaged belts.
3. Braking system
Brake fluid level: Check whether the brake fluid level is within the normal range.
Braking performance: Lightly step on the brake pedal to check whether the brake system has air or oil leakage, and whether the brake is sensitive.
Brake wear: Check the wear of the brake and replace the brake pads if necessary.
4. Steering system
Steering flexibility: Check whether the steering is flexible and whether there is any jamming.
Steering oil pipe and joint: Check whether the steering system oil pipe has any leakage and whether the joint is tight.
5. Vibration system
Vibration wheel: Check whether the vibration wheel is damaged, cracked or deformed, and ensure that the surface of the vibration wheel is clean and free of residue.
Vibration shaft and bearing: Check whether the vibration shaft and bearing are abnormally worn or loose.
Eccentric block: Check whether the eccentric block is loose or damaged to ensure that it works properly.
6. Tire or track
Tire pressure: Check whether the tire pressure meets the manufacturer's recommended value.
Tire wear: Check whether the tire has uneven wear, cracks or other damage.
Track tightness: For tracked Road Roller, check whether the track is tight enough to avoid being too loose or too tight.
7. Electrical system
Battery power: Check whether the battery power is sufficient and whether the electrodes are clean.
Starting system: Check whether the starting system works properly and whether the start is smooth.
Electrical connection: Check whether all electrical connections are secure, loose or corroded.
8. Lubrication system
Lubrication points: Check whether all lubrication points have sufficient grease and add grease if necessary.
Lubrication system leakage: Check whether the lubrication system has leakage.
9. Safety device
Seat belt: Check whether the seat belt is intact and can be used normally.
