Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection: Check the equipment as required before operation to ensure that all connecting parts are not damaged, lubricant is sufficient, and the cable surface is well insulated.
2. Wear protective equipment: Operators should wear protective equipment such as insulating gloves, rubber insulating shoes, safety helmets, protective glasses, etc.
3. Check the work area: Ensure that there are no flammable materials in the work area and that it is well ventilated. Avoid operating in small spaces with poor ventilation or places with fire sources.
Operation process
1. Prohibition of illegal operation: It is prohibited to use the equipment outside the use range of the vibrating plate compactor; it is prohibited to operate and use the equipment in areas where explosions may occur.
2. Control equipment: During operation, the wires should be moved to the back of the machine, kept loose by 3-4m, and should not be kinked; when the equipment is started, it is prohibited to leave people; during operation, the body should be kept at a certain distance from the moving part of the vibrating plate compactor.
3. Pay attention to the operating posture: The tilt angle of the vibrating plate compactor should not exceed 20 degrees when working, otherwise it will cause fuel overflow and malfunction; when backing up, the operator should control the machine through the guide handle on the side to avoid being caught between the machine and obstacles.
4. Avoid dangerous areas: Do not work on frozen soil, hard rock and masonry; it is strictly forbidden to use the equipment to tamp the gravel ground.
5. Set up warning signs: During on-site operation, there must be warning signs to prohibit non-operating personnel (especially children) from entering the area within 2 meters of the vibrating plate compactor working area. If non-operating personnel step into the working range of the equipment, the operation should be stopped.
Shutdown and storage
1. Shutdown operation: After the work is completed, turn off the electromagnetic switch and oil circuit switch after the engine idles for 3-5 minutes.
2. Equipment storage: When the equipment is not in use, it should be placed steadily to prevent tipping and injuring people; when stored for a long time, the equipment should be properly protected to prevent exposure to the sun, rain or long-term outdoor low temperature environment.
Other precautions
1. Comply with operating procedures: Operators must undergo three-level safety education, understand the working principle of the equipment, be familiar with the operation method of the equipment, and be able to eliminate general faults.
2. Pay attention to fuel addition: It is strictly forbidden to smoke when adding fuel to the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to add fuel near a fire source.
3. Prevent burns: During the operation of the engine and a period of time after shutdown, the relevant parts are hot, and refueling, inspection and maintenance work must be carried out after cooling.
4. Pay attention to exhaust emissions: The engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, and it is prohibited to operate in poorly ventilated places. Pay attention to the impact of exhaust gas on people and animals.
5. Transportation and storage: Lifting operations must be carried out with a certificate, stop the engine when lifting or carrying, check for damage to parts and loose bolts, use a firm wire rope, prohibit people or animals from standing under the lifting equipment, carry after cooling, tighten the fuel tank cap, etc., empty the fuel when long distances or road conditions are poor, and fix the machine when carrying.
