1. Daily Inspection and Maintenance
Cleaning the Equipment: After each use, clean dirt and debris from the surface of the machine, especially around the vibrating parts and clutch plate, to prevent dust and impurities from accumulating and affecting performance.
Inspecting Components: Check all components for wear or damage, including loose bolts, excessive dust on vibrating parts, and the battery charge and status.
Lubrication and Maintenance: Regularly add lubricant to lubricated parts such as bearings and gears. If the lubricant deteriorates or contains impurities, replace it promptly.
Checking the Operating Oil: For fuel-powered equipment, check the engine oil and fuel quality. Replace any oil that becomes dark and thick.
Checking Fasteners: Regularly inspect and tighten all screws, fittings, and other fasteners to prevent loosening and damage.
Starting and Shutting Down: Before starting the engine, allow the machine to idle for 2-3 minutes before starting operation. Also, allow the engine to idle for 2-3 minutes before shutting down. 2. Regular Maintenance
Replace wearing parts: Regularly replace wearing parts such as air filters and shock-absorbing pads based on equipment usage.
Inspect the hydraulic system: For hydraulic vibratory rammers, regularly check the hydraulic oil quality and level and replace the hydraulic oil as needed.
Electrical system inspection: Check that the circuit meets operating requirements and that the ground wire is properly connected. Regularly inspect electrical components and wiring to ensure there are no damage or short circuits.
3. Long-term Storage and Maintenance
Cleaning and Lubrication: Before long-term storage, thoroughly clean and lubricate the plate compactor, especially key components such as the clutch plate and transmission.
Storage Environment: Store the equipment in a dry, well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or rain.
Battery Maintenance: If the equipment is equipped with a battery, disconnect it from the power source before long-term storage and regularly check the battery charge and condition.
4. Troubleshooting
Timely Maintenance: If any malfunction or abnormality is detected, arrange for professional maintenance personnel to promptly address it to avoid operating the equipment while it is faulty. Professional maintenance: For complex faults or situations that require professional maintenance, contact qualified technicians for inspection and repair. Avoid attempting to disassemble or repair the equipment yourself.
